Returns Policy

30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

Items purchased from dripzy.in can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Contact our support team at support@dripzy.in with your order number.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

EXCEPTIONS

Items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive only a partial refund or no refund. Opened software, gift cards, and in-ear headphones (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.
