1. Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Dripzy.in come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- Electronics & Accessories: 12 months warranty from date of purchase
- Cables & Chargers: 6 months warranty from date of purchase
- Cases & Covers: 3 months warranty from date of purchase
2. What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials
- Product malfunction under normal use
- Dead on arrival (DOA) products
3. What is Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, spills, impacts)
- Water damage (unless product is rated water-resistant)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
4. How to Claim Warranty

- Provide photos/videos of the defect
- Our team will assess and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange pickup or provide shipping instructions
- Replacement or repair will be processed within 7-10 business days
