Refund & Returns Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your drip, you can return your items within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags and protective films intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale"
- Hygiene products (e.g., in-ear headphones if opened)
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidental drops
4. Return Process
- Contact us at support@dripzy.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24-48 hours.
- Once authorized, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available in most areas) or provide shipping instructions.
- After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For prepaid orders, the full amount (excluding any express shipping fees) will be refunded.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@dripzy.in.
